Cesar Quezada

Director of Forensics

Cesar Quezada, Director of Forensics at Hexordia, holds a strategic leadership role overseeing Digital Forensics Training and Curriculum, as well as the Forensics Services Team. With over 15 years supporting the US Government, Cesar excels in computer forensics, conducting detailed examinations and demonstrating expertise in pattern and cross-set link analysis.

Beyond Hexordia, Cesar served as a US Army Europe-Africa G3 CEMA Offensive Cyber Plans Officer. His leadership involved planning and managing cyber capabilities for entities such as USEUCOM and USCYBERCOM. In Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), he directed actions to detect, analyze, and counter cyber threats. Cesar's oversight led to the successful implementation of DCO's SIEM system, enhancing platform defenses with over 400 new detection alerts.

Cesar is a leader in advancing computer forensic practices, contributing through webinars, blog posts, and conference talks at events like the SANS DFIR Summit and NCCC. His commitment to excellence is evident in developing training programs, testing tools, and researching new forensic techniques. With a background spanning strategic leadership, cyber operations, and computer forensics, Cesar Quezada significantly contributes to advancing digital forensics and cybersecurity.

Kim Bradley

Senior Digital Forensics Trainer

Hexordia welcomes Kim Bradley as their Senior Digital Forensics Trainer. Kim Bradley retired from the Kentucky State Police where she worked the last nine years of her career as Forensic Computer Examiner. She was assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Cyber Crime Task Force and worked for five years at the Kentucky Regional Forensics Laboratory (KRCFL). While at the KRCFL, she earned the Computer Analysis Response Team (CART) Forensic Examiner certification and served as the Laboratory Quality Manager. Before moving into digital forensics, her state service included positions in software development and database management. In addition to holding several certifications, Kim has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Digital Forensic Science. After retirement, Kim spent nearly four years with Magnet Forensics as a Forensic Trainer and Forensic Consultant.
